Pet Insurance Bill In California Gets Rejected

Bill 2411 which was supposed to help consumers make choices about pet insurance by improving disclosures of benefits and limitations of pet insurance insurance policies got vetoed by California Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger last Friday.

The proposed bill which was introduced by Assemblyman Dave Jones in February, would have mandated that insurance companies would have had to post details of policies including limits, fee schedules, pre-exisitng conditions and other restrictions on their websites.

Why a Black Russian Terrier?

Well, let me share my own personal experience. Being from Novokuznetsk,  Siberia  Russia, I always admired BRTs for their enormous size and beauty. I fell instantly in love with these dogs. I could not afford to have a BRT back in Russia because of living conditions.
